HSE Advisor

Position: HSE Advisor
Location: Various EU locations
Languages Required: English

Role and Responsibilities:

As an HSE Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assuring compliance with EU legislation as the baseline, and upgrading with the company’s internal health, safety & environmental programs.
  • Preparing and maintaining programs, licenses, permits, documentation, and reporting as required by environmental regulations.
  • Cultivating a “safety comes first” attitude within the organization.
  • Collaborating with all levels within the company to implement effective safety and environmental programs.
  • Managing workplace safety issues, including the investigation and prevention of safety accidents.
  • Implementing an Emergency and Fire Prevention Plan.
  • Conducting initial and regular health, safety and environment trainings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A relevant university degree – an engineering profile is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • PC literacy, specifically with MS Office (Excel, Access).
  • Initiative, a proactive approach, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong communication skills for various roles and levels.
  • A clean B category driving license.
